Delete your account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open Ori.
- Go to Settings → account → Delete account.
- Confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account record and the data associated with it, including your chats, generated images/video/audio, and your app preferences. An active subscription is billed by Apple/Google and is not cancelled by deleting the app or account — cancel it in your store account settings (see Subscription Terms).
Request deletion another way
If you can’t access the app, email help@adverio.co from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.
Retention
We may retain limited information where the law requires (for example, records needed for tax, security, or fraud-prevention), and back-ups are purged on our normal rotation. Everything else is deleted or de-identified. See our Privacy Policy for details.
