Subscription Terms — Ori Premium
These Subscription Terms govern Ori Premium and any other paid plans, credits, or allowances offered in the Service. They are part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This content is also made available on the paywall in the App.
1. What you get
Ori Premium unlocks higher usage limits and access to premium features, which may include image generation, video generation, and voice generation. The specific benefits, limits, and any included credits or allowances are described on the paywall in the App and may change over time as the Service evolves.
2. Price, currency, and taxes
- Prices, billing periods, and any introductory or trial terms are shown on the paywall before you purchase, in your local currency where available. Prices may vary by region, plan, platform, and over time.
- Prices include applicable taxes where required; otherwise taxes may be added by the app store at checkout.
3. Billing and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Free trials and introductory offers
- We may offer a free trial or an introductory price to eligible, first-time subscribers; the length of any trial and the terms of any offer are shown on the paywall before you purchase and may vary by user, region, and over time. Eligibility is determined by the app store.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or introductory period ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard price and you are charged.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
5. Manage or cancel
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ori.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ori.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel through the store.
6. Refunds
Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are handled by them under their policies (iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com; Android: Google Play refund request). We generally cannot grant refunds directly. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory refund or guarantee rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
7. EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase of digital content. By starting a subscription or accessing paid digital content immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Where required by law or app-store rules, we will notify you in advance and, where required, obtain your consent before a renewal at the increased price; otherwise the change applies from your next renewal and you may cancel beforehand.
9. Billing problems, grace period, and account hold
If a renewal payment fails, the app store may retry billing and place your subscription in a grace period or on hold. During that time some Premium features may be paused until payment succeeds. If payment is not resolved, the subscription may be cancelled by the store.
10. Restore and shared purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the App to re-activate an active subscription tied to your store account. Availability of Family Sharing / shared purchases is determined by the app store and the plan.
11. Credits and usage allowances
Where the Service provides credits or usage allowances, they have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law, may expire, and may be adjusted. Fair-use and anti-abuse limits may apply.
12. Changes to Premium
We may modify Premium benefits, limits, and pricing as the Service evolves. If we make a material adverse change to features you have already paid for, your rights under applicable consumer law apply, and you may cancel as described above.
